• She and her parents used to vacation in one of the big colonial mansions by the beach until her parents divorced... her dad ran off with his art dealer; she and her mother made a home on Shelter Island
  
• lives in the comfortable old ramshackle Cape Cod with 6 bedrooms and a wrap-around porch that belongs to the Wards... since the Wards never used it, the caretaker (John Carter) didn't mind renting to a single mother
• Dylan, during the early stages of his corruption, was lost and ended up on Shelter Island, at his family home... he found Hannah there and she let him bite her, then kiss her (her first kiss)

• Stephen Bendix Chase, Allegra's only familiar and Schuyler's father
  
• born in San Francisco, CA on September 1, 1967
  
• Blond hair, blue eyes, 6'3
  
• An artist; Met Allegra at a gallery opening in 1990... this is probablly a coverup
• They actually met earlier at Endicott Academy, when his name was Bendix Chase
• They bonded in fall of 1990
  
• Apparently died soon after Schuyler's birth
